How much does a room at Asad Hostel-2 cost? +

Rooms start at Rs 14,000 a month. The exact rent depends on how many share the room, whether it has AC, and whether meals are included.

Are meals included? +

Yes — meals are served daily. Meal packages can also be added to a room-only rate.

Is there a security deposit? +

Yes — Rs 8,000 is held as a refundable deposit and returned at checkout, less anything owed.

How much notice do I need to give before leaving? +

30 days. Tell the manager the date you plan to leave and it is recorded, so the bed can be re-let and your deposit settled.

How is air conditioning billed? +

AC rooms are metered. The units used by a room are split across the people in it, weighted by how many days each was actually there — so somebody who moves in mid-month pays for those days only.

How do I book a bed? +

Message Asad Hostel-2 on WhatsApp with the room you want and your move-in date. The manager confirms availability and the total, and you can move in the same day if a bed is free.
